A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held at 1 pm on July 18, 2012, at 441 4th Street, NW, Suite 1107 South, Washington, DC 20001. The purpose of the conference is to provide a structured and formal opportunity for the District to accept questions from offerors on the solicitation document as well as to clarify the contents of the solicitation. Prospective offerors will be given an opportunity to ask questions regarding this solicitation at the conference. Attending offerors must complete the pre-proposal conference Attendance Roster at the conference so that their attendance can be properly recorded.

The deadline for response to this RFP is Thursday, August 16, 2012, at 2 pm, EDT.
